Emma Watson is once again the poster girl for Burberry's latest ad campaign. Shot by Mario Testino, the Spring/Summer 2010 ad campaign features Emma alongside George Craig, Matt Gilmour, Max Hurd as well as Emma's own brother Alex Watson (below left & last pic).

Seen some images of the latest Fall collection from Burberry, looks like a pretty fab collection. I'm so far behind on fashion week. Barely even started looking at images of the latest collections yet, and it's already at Milan? or is it already Paris?

Hey guys! How's your Chinese New Year been so far? Mine consisted mainly of playing mahjong at home with our own rules (totally not a pro player at all) and my luck at the table has been pretty good so far. It's only less than halfway thru CNY so there's more time to win somemore (hopefully)!

Guess what? Out of the 14 looks, there are a few that I liked but this is my favourite look very simply because it's a complete look from head to toe, from outfit to accessories (which I love btw, especially the chain bracelet). I also like the fact that I can mix & match the pieces in this look with my existing wardrobe, which gives me more options in layering, huge plus point! Plus, I don't own a leather jacket, so it'll be my first ever leather jacket if I do win!   

If you noticed, these 14 items consists of mainly easy to wear essential basics which is great for everyone. I'm sure there are at least a few pieces in this lot that will be great additionals to your wardrobe. Happy Chinese New Year!

First off, apologies for the lack of updates this week and just to let you guys know, most possibly posting will be slow for the next few days as it's the festive season! To everyone celebrating, Happy Chinese New Year! May this year be a prosperous one and wishing everyone good health & happiness all year round!

The dim sum (which is only part of what we had btw) is from the annual reunion lunch with friends which we just had earlier today at Peach Garden. Yummy tasting dim sum I must say. Gonna have steamboat in less than a couple of hours so am doing a quick post before leaving.

Fall fashion week mayhem has already started in New York, so there's plenty of new collections for you to check out. I haven't exactly looked thru any collection completely yet. Guess I'll catch up after the holidays. I'm sure most of you guys have already heard about the very saddening passing of one of fashion's greatest talent. Danny Roberts from Igor+André did a really beautiful tribute drawing on his blog which you can check out here.

So guess I'll be back to regular posting next week. In the meantime, enjoy your holidays and collecting loads of ang bos!=)

Sad sad news. The fashion world just lost one of its most talented designer Alexander McQueen. Very shocked at his sudden demise. His work will be remembered for a long long time. RIP Lee McQueen.  

Shop For Chinese New Year!

Hey guys, me & bff is setting up a booth at this flea tomorrow & Sunday (on both 6&7 Feb). We'll be selling apparels, accessories, bags & shoes at really low and affordable prices (it's a flea after all=D). On top of that, there's a discount coupon on the top left corner of this flyer which you can print out or get from the location of the bazaar itself (I think) and enjoy 10% off at all participating booths (us included)! Details of the bazaar are listed on the flyer and if you're wondering how to get to *SCAPE Youth Park, the nearest MRT is Somerset and the place is of walking distance of about 5 mins. A Landing Not Totally Under Control + A Side Story

If you thought the Nina Ricci shoes back in Fall 2009 was crazy, this one definitely takes the cake. Speaking of which, I could so use this shoe to kick/stomp on the incredibly rude driver I met at the carpark of the supermarket just now. It was crowded but people were waiting patiently for cars to empty the slots. This stupid driver basically zoomed right into an empty slot me & dad were waiting for (we were right next to the slot waiting for the previous driver to drive out), got out of the car with her parents, looked at us (I was totally staring at her at this point) and proceeded to walk off with (I swear!) a smirk on her face! No remorse! Gosh, we were so pissed off I tell you. Not to sound evil or anything, but I was definitely wishing bad things on her until I remember the phrase what comes around, goes around. I'm sure she'll get it one day. Amen.
